Sludge interface instrument

The self-cleaning sensor is specially designed for long-term immersion under the liquid level. Algae, microorganisms and bubble adhesion will not affect the normal operation of the sensor. There is a 0.2mm interval between the cleaning scraper and the sensor surface, which will not damage the sensor surface while cleaning, and the cleaning system will not malfunction due to foreign matters. The self-cleaning sensor is a single-beam ultrasonic equipment with a measurement range of 0.3-10m and can ensure 0.25% measurement accuracy. The ultra-small emission angle (6 °) and the unique digital echo processing technology can ensure the working performance in complex pools and with moving and rotating equipment. The distance between the sensor and the sludge finder2 transmitter can be easily extended to 200m using a dedicated shielded twisted pair.
