AFTER SERVICE

  • Warranty

    1. All imported products sold by Benhua Company are guaranteed for two years. In the case of non-human damage during the warranty period, the company is responsible for the failure or failure under normal use (excluding consumables). The replacement of the product parts outside the two-year warranty period is only subject to the cost of the parts. Other special circumstances are subject to the warranty card when the device is installed;

    2. Warranty disclaimer varies according to different equipment, and the warranty card filled in when the equipment is installed shall prevail.

  • 1. Benhua Company provides 7*24 hours service for all products;

    2. During normal working hours, our company will reply within 1 hour after receiving the customer's telephone call. Other times will be answered within 12 hours;

    3. If it is determined that the equipment failure requires on-site service, the major cities in China will reach the site within 48 hours. No more than 72 hours in other areas;

    4. In case of major national statutory holidays (more than 3 days), the on-site time may be extended.

    Service time

  • 1. The technicians will return to the telephone on a regular basis to check the operation of the equipment; (return once every three months, make electronic records);

    2. Equipment software upgrade;

    3. In the case of equipment failure, telephone guidance; (in case of resolution by telephone);

    4. On-site service in case of equipment failure; (If it cannot be solved by telephone, it will arrive at the scene within 24 hours);

    5. When the equipment fails and cannot be solved immediately, the technician will bring the spare machine to the sewage plant to replace the equipment that needs to be repaired to ensure the normal operation of the client's equipment.
     

    Service Content

  • 1. The customer reports a device failure. The user needs to truthfully describe the cause of the device failure and the current state of the device.

    2. The technical staff of Benhua Company guides the user to detect and eliminate the fault by telephone;

    3. The technician arrives at the site to detect and eliminate the fault;

    4. The fault cannot be eliminated on site (within the scope of warranty), and it needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance. Benhua will provide the corresponding type of spare machine for free until the equipment is repaired;

    5. The fault cannot be eliminated on site (outside the warranty), and it needs to be returned to the factory for repair. Benhua Company promises to only charge the spare parts cost;

    6. Failures outside the scope of warranty, Benhua Company can provide spare machine rental services to customers according to the requirements of users.
