SM57B25 filtration sampling device

Various water quality analysis devices often experience operational issues or equipment failures due to high concentrations of suspended solids during actual use. BH, with over 10 years of practical experience, has independently designed and produced the SM57B25 filtration sampling device to address this. This device can continuously filter samples with suspended solid concentrations as high as 35,000 mg/L to below 10 mg/L, providing a flow rate of up to 100 mL/min with minimal manual maintenanc

  • The product uses a specially designed peristaltic pump for sampling power and a custom ceramic membrane for filtration. It is also equipped with electronic pressure monitoring displays to inform users of the membrane's operating status. The device is compact, lightweight, and easy to install and transport. An automatic heating system is optional; when the environment temperature reaches the setting point, the heating system will activate to prevent the sampling tube from freezing.

    Maintenance Cycle:

    • Membrane Maintenance Cycle: Depends on flow rate and original sample concentration. In a 6000mg/L wastewater treatment plant biochemical tank, with a flow rate of 50mL/min, the interval for membrane cleaning is more than 3 months (depend on application). Each cleaning can be completed within 5 minutes. (Optional automatic membrane cleaning function is available, eliminating manual maintenance).
    • Peristaltic Pump Tube Replacement Cycle: Depends on sampling height and flow rate. At a sampling height of 4 meters and a flow rate of 50mL/min, the pump tube replacement cycle is over 1 year.
    • Other Features: Includes on-site remote control switch, speed regulation (manual switching is required), local acousto-optical alarm for overvoltage, and output of overvoltage relay (pressure alarm threshold is adjustable).
