The SM57Q65 is an automated solution designed to prevent measurement interference caused by bubble accumulation, enabling stable long-term operation without manual intervention.
Operating Principle:
- Efficient Filtration: The ceramic membrane is installed in the water sample to be measured, and a peristaltic pump is used to continuously filter and sample the original sample.
- Precise Measurement: The UV device's measurement window is sealed within a specially designed flow cell to continuously measure the filtered sample.
- Automatic Cleaning: The cleaning system periodically injects an acidic cleaning solution into the flow cell to clean the measurement lens, flowcell, and sampling tube.
- Flexible Adjustment: The cleaning procedure and cleaning solution can be adjusted and replaced according to different application environments.
- Intelligent Control: When cleaning is in progress, measurement will stop, output will hold on.
