In the application of sewage treatment and tap water treatment, mud discharge detection is very important. Accurate and high-efficiency mud discharge can not only save energy consumption, reduce the use of chemicals, optimize the performance of the dehydrator, but also guarantee the water quality of the effluent.
  • Working Principle of Sludge Interface Instrument:

    the sensor uses 700khz ultrasound and can only propagate in water.

    The sensor has high power and is installed under the liquid level.

    The ultrasonic wave propagates in the water, passes through the clear water, low concentration, high concentration layer, and reaches the bottom of the pool. The higher the concentration of suspended solids, the stronger the reflected echo signal.

    According to the principle of ultrasonic measurement of suspended solids concentration, the distribution of all suspended solids concentration from the water surface to the bottom of the pool is measured.

    When the concentration of suspended matter suddenly becomes high and the echo signal suddenly becomes strong, it indicates that there is an interface.

    When multiple interfaces exist, it can still be used, and it can be set to choose which interface is the muddy water interface.

     

    Pipeline sludge concentration:

    IL55 type pipeline type sludge concentration, pipeline plug-in installation, can monitor the concentration of suspended matter flowing through the pipeline in real time (solid content/water content)

    the suspended solids are precipitated in the resedimentation tank to form a mud-water interface, and the mud level slowly rises. At this time, the mud level can be accurately monitored by the mud-water interface instrument. When the sludge discharge begins, the sludge level decreases, and the solid content of the sludge flowing through the pipeline gradually decreases as the sludge discharge progresses. At this time, it is not enough to judge the time point of stopping sludge discharge only according to the mud-water interface instrument, and the solid content of sludge flowing through the pipeline should be taken as the basis for judgment. At the same time, the sludge level of the sedimentation tank and the solid content value of the pipeline sludge are uploaded to the upper computer, which can easily realize automatic and accurate sludge discharge.
