The AVFM 6.1 area velocity flowmeter uses an underwater ultrasonic sensor, which is installed at the bottom of an open pipe or channel and is suitable for flow measurement in pipes and open channels of any shape. The flow rate in an open channel or pipe is calculated by measuring the liquid level and flow rate. Suitable for non-full tubes, the size of particles or bubbles in the fluid should be greater than 100 microns and the concentration should be above 75ppm. Flow rate 0.03-6.2 m/s accuracy

    overview:

    1. The flowmeter consists of an immersion ultrasonic sensor, a connecting cable, and a controller with display, transmission, accumulation, and recording functions. The system has no movable parts.

    2. The liquid level measurement accuracy is reading0.25% or 2mm, take the larger value. Repeatability is 0.1%, flow rate measurement accuracy is ± 2% or ± 1.2cm/s of reading, taking a larger value. The minimum size and diameter of solid particles in the fluid are required to be 100 microns and the minimum concentration is 75ppm.
